Safety is a core value at Civil Site Services, Inc. Our years of experience have helped develop a safety culture driven by strong leadership, planning, communication, and hazard elimination.
At CSSi, we are committed to providing the safest workplace for our employees, our clients and the general public. A good project is a safe project -- and our unsurpassed and passionate dedication to safety is the foundation on which all of our work is built. The key principle that drives our safety process is the expectation that everyone, from the company President to the newly hired employee, shares the responsibility of achieving the highest level of safety performance in our operations.
Along with employing a full-time safety director, we have developed a safety process that includes an emphasis on formal training, daily inspections, pre-start toolbox training, substance abuse testing, and established safety policies that meet and often exceed governmental agency requirements.
Our belief that employees are the greatest and most valuable asset is the foundation of our unwavering commitment to safety.
